Welcome to My Gallery!
Welcome to My Gallery!
My name is Hajnal Kelemen, and I’m delighted to welcome you to my gallery!
Painting wasn’t a path I had consciously planned to follow. Instead, it was an unexpected, overwhelming love that found me at a self-discovery retreat. Standing in front of a canvas, I experienced for the first time the incredible sense of freedom that creating art can bring. As soon as I returned home, I bought all the supplies I needed, and painting has been part of my everyday life ever since.
I create large-scale abstract paintings using acrylics. There’s an interesting contrast in my life: while I prefer clean, understated shades in my home and in the way I dress, on the canvas, colour takes over completely. My paintings always turn out vibrant and full of life, even when that wasn’t my original intention.
I never plan the final result in advance. The colours, layers, and shapes are guided by my mood and inner experiences in the moment. Each painting unfolds naturally, becoming a reflection of what I feel as I create.
I believe the beauty of abstract art lies in its freedom. I pour my feelings into each painting, while you are free to discover your own story within it.
My wish is that my paintings bring as much energy, colour, and joy into your home as they bring into my life in the moments of creation!
